Before proceeding with the reservation of one of our exquisite Finca homes, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Booking and Reservation:<\/strong> a. <strong>Deposit:<\/strong> To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of total amount is required. b. <strong>Full Payment:<\/strong> The full payment must be received 30 days before the check-in date to confirm your booking. c. <strong>Availability:<\/strong> All bookings are subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Cancellation Policy:<\/strong> a. <strong>Refund Policy:<\/strong> Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellation made between 30 and 60 days before check-in, will get refund of 50%. b. <strong>Late Cancellations:<\/strong> Cancellations made within 29 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Check-in and Check-out:<\/strong> a. <strong>Times:<\/strong> Check-in time is 16am, and check-out time is 10am. You can arrange another time with the owner b. <strong>Late Check-out:<\/strong> Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. House Rules:<\/strong> a. <strong>Guidelines:<\/strong> Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules provided upon check-in. b. <strong>Damages:<\/strong> Any damage caused by guests will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Occupancy:<\/strong> a. <strong>Maximum Occupancy:<\/strong> The maximum occupancy for each Finca home is specified in the booking details. b. <strong>Extra Guests:<\/strong> Additional guests may incur extra charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Security Deposit:<\/strong> a. <strong>Deposit Requirement:<\/strong> A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any potential damages. b. <strong>Refund:<\/strong> The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, minus any applicable charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Maintenance and Repairs:<\/strong> a. <strong>Right of Entry:<\/strong> The property owner\/management reserves the right to enter the premises for maintenance or repairs. b. <strong>Notification:<\/strong> Guests will be notified in advance whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Liability:<\/strong> a. <strong>Accidents and Injuries:<\/strong> The property owner\/management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen items that occur on the premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Force Majeure:<\/strong> a. <strong>Unforeseen Circumstances:<\/strong> The property owner\/management is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. Governing Law:<\/strong> a. <strong>Jurisdiction:<\/strong> These terms and conditions are governed by the regulation of the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11.
