Terms and Conditions for Finca Homes Renting
Welcome to ABITUS agency! Before proceeding with the reservation of one of our exquisite Finca homes, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Reservation: a. Deposit: To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of total amount is required. b. Full Payment: The full payment must be received 30 days before the check-in date to confirm your booking. c. Availability: All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation Policy: a. Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellation made between 30 and 60 days before check-in, will get refund of 50%. b. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 29 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Check-in and Check-out: a. Times: Check-in time is 16am, and check-out time is 10am. You can arrange another time with the owner b. Late Check-out: Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and may incur additional charges.
4. House Rules: a. Guidelines: Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules provided upon check-in. b. Damages: Any damage caused by guests will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply.
5. Occupancy: a. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each Finca home is specified in the booking details. b. Extra Guests: Additional guests may incur extra charges.
6. Security Deposit: a. Deposit Requirement: A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any potential damages. b. Refund: The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, minus any applicable charges.
7. Maintenance and Repairs: a. Right of Entry: The property owner/management reserves the right to enter the premises for maintenance or repairs. b. Notification: Guests will be notified in advance whenever possible.
8. Liability: a. Accidents and Injuries: The property owner/management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen items that occur on the premises.
9. Force Majeure: a. Unforeseen Circumstances: The property owner/management is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control.
10. Governing Law: a. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the regulation of the European Union.
11. Changes to Terms: a. Amendments: The property owner/management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
